Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within seven days of delivery for exchange or refund (-30% restocking fee). Sorry, but items that are installed, damaged or unable to re-sell as "New" will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please allow 30 days for credits on returns. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Please contact us first to get an RA# and let us know what you would like to return.


Returns

Please mail your return(s) to STS Performance, 6285 E. Spring St. #270, Long Beach, CA 90808. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. You will be refunded/credited within 7 days of receiving your return; however, please be advised that your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the return to your account. The returned item must be sent either UPS ground, Fed Ex ground or Parcel Post Insured and with a RA# on it or it will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered) please contact us ASAP. If your item was damaged by the shipping carrier, Please contact the shipping company directly to report a claim.
