Standard Delivery
We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail (2 Day) within the Continental United States for items under 5lbs. All orders must carry a street address and telephone number. Sorry, we are not able to ship to anywhere but your billing address of your credit card. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days. Items ordered together usually arrive together. If it is necessary to ship items separately Shipping and Handling will be charged only once, against the first shipment.

Large or Heavy product Delivery
We ship UPS Ground or Fed Ex ground within the Continental United States for items over 10lbs. All orders must carry a street address and telephone number. Sorry, we are not able to ship to anywhere but your billing address of your credit card. Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days. Items ordered together usually arrive together. If it is necessary to ship items separately Shipping and Handling will be charged only once, against the first shipment.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available at extra cost. Please contact us for an estimate of charges.

Sales Tax
California sales tax applies to orders shipped within or to California.

Order Tracking
Orders shipped by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS within the Continental United States may be tracked by contacting us.

International Orders
Orders outside the continental United States are shipped Air Mail Parcel Post. There may be extra charges to your credit card in which case you will be notified. Other air express shipping options are available; please contact us for particulars and costs. Orders to foreign countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and may be delayed in customs.

Damaged Deliveries
If you receive merchandise damaged in delivery please contact the Customer Service department of the shipping carrier. In order for them to file a claim you should retain the original shipping carton and damaged merchandise until Customer Services notifies you.
